Program Overview

CASY’s Early Learning Initiatives program supports the Wabash Valley by strengthening the early childhood workforce through high-quality professional development and aligned learning systems that promote career growth and retention. The program expands equitable access to quality early care and education for families while convening community partners, business leaders, and policymakers to advocate for and advance solutions that meet local early childhood needs.

CASY’s Early Learning Initiatives program is designed to strengthen the early childhood ecosystem across the Wabash Valley by supporting providers, families, and community stakeholders through coordinated services, resources, and partnerships.

Actions — How?

CASY connects individuals and organizations to tools, resources, and opportunities that improve early care and education outcomes across the Wabash Valley, supporting Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion, and Vigo Counties.

Provider Supports

Early care and education professionals can access high-quality professional development, training opportunities, and resources that support skill-building, licensing, and continuous quality improvement.
