Before and After School Care

/  Before and After School Care

Ensuring that Vigo County kids have a safe, fun, and enriching out of school programming.

The YMCA and Chances And Services for Youth will be presenting a collaborative before and after School Age Child Care (SACC) programming for families in the Vigo County School Corporation (VCSC). The program will provide a safe place for students to receive help on homework, outdoor play, enrichment, and physical activity. The program will be based on the Vigo County Pacing Guide from the 21st Century Program, designed to help students from all economic backgrounds in the community succeed. CASY will host Davis Park Farrington Grove Elementary, Sugar Grove Elementary, and Fuqua Elementary. Transportation to and from schools and CASY will be provided by CASY staff or Vigo County School Corporation certified drivers. Children must be a student at Farrington Grove, Sugar Grove, or Fuqua Elementary for bus transportation to and from CASY. All other students who do not attend those three schools must be dropped off and/or picked up by a parent or guardian. Registration for the program will be available at the link below.
