Heather Campbell – Family Engagement Specialist
Heather has spent the previous 10 years networking with local agencies and connecting families with those needed resources. With experience throughout the years working with a diverse population, she has learned to tailor services to fit the individual’s needs. Heather is eager to support families with resources and education, as well as one-on-one assistance finding child care, utilizing her experience as well as her education in Psychology and Early Childhood and Family Life. Allissa Theisz – Community Engagement Specialist
Allissa has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Administration, and a Master’s degree in Public Health. Before joining CASY her focus was on health education programs and researching ways to better the lives of the community. Her public health experience is put to use when she is presenting data on the importance of early child care and education to community leaders. Allissa is moved by the impact health disparities have on child care accessibility, quality, and affordability. Amy Marine – Family Engagement Specialist
Ben Flick – Family and Community Engagement Specialist
Ben has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from IUPUI. He has devoted most of his life serving Country and Community through the military, and social work. His work includes advocacy, child abuse, and neglect response and prevention, community outreach and referrals. He strives to connect families to quality early care and education through referral services, navigation of resources, and more. Ben is also looking forward to building positive relationships and sharing the importance of early childhood development and education with families and communities. Jennifer Lee- Community Engagement Specialist
Jennifer has experience as a business owner, childcare teacher, preschool director, and case manager. While living in Georgia, Jennifer created an Early Childhood and Parenting Program and worked with teen moms helping them to learn essential parenting and life skills. She has two degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University, including a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Human Services. Jennifer also holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. Trisha Guinn – Program Resource Navigator
Trisha has worked with youth from infancy through young adulthood for the past 15 years. Her work has included advocacy, child abuse and neglect response and prevention, counseling, residential, social work, community outreach and referrals. She holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Trisha is excited share resources with programs and offer opportunities for programs to network throughout the service area.
