Building leadership and personal growth through youth-driven service and hands-on experiences.
CASY’s iLEAD program for middle school and high school students provides a supportive environment that encourages youth to develop effective leadership skills and personal and academic growth through hands-on experiences, community leader speakers, and field trips. It offers leadership opportunities outside of the school and sports environment. It is youth-driven in that the activities, service projects, meeting themes, and topics are developed by the youth themselves.
Engage, Empower and Educate Who This program is open to all area middle school and high school students and is offered at no charge to the youth and their families.
