The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) program provides financial child care assistance through vouchers for families who are working or enrolled in school. To apply for the CCDF voucher program, you must contact your local Intake Agent.
Indiana CCDF Info Page (Includes county intake agents, income eligibility, reimbursement rates and more)
The forms found here will help you in the process for applying for the voucher program. We are required to obtain original signatures and supporting documentation; therefore, you must print out a copy of the waitlist application, complete it and mail it to us with a copy of the required pay stubs or school information (as stated on application). When we receive your application, your name will be added to the waitlist. We notify clients who are on the waitlist by mail when funds are available. While your name is on the waitlist you should familiarize yourself with the Appointment Checklist. When funds become available you will have a limited time to gather the required documentation needed to complete your appointment.
This website was developed to offer hands on, user friendly information to Indiana families who receive CCDF services. The website will allow you to view your case information, voucher information, child(s) attendance, payments your child care provider has received for your child(ren) and the opportunity to approve or deny late attendance (formerly known as discrepancy).
This website was developed primarily to offer hands on, user friendly information to Indiana CCDF child care providers about the child care attendance information that is recorded in your Point of Service (POS) device and used to calculate your CCDF payments.
