Ali Ehle – Inclusion Specialist

As Inclusion Specialist, Ali assists programs in accommodating, modifying or adapting the environment to meet all children’s needs. She can also guide you in developing the children’s social-emotional literacy which will decrease challenging behaviors. Ali offers a variety of social-emotional and disability specific training opportunities. Ali’s experience as a teacher in a Special Education and Kindergarten classroom, along with her background as a teacher in an early childhood program prior to graduating from St. Mary of the Woods College, allows her to offer high quality technical assistance to your program. Chelsey Smith – Professional Development Specialist

Chelsey is a graduate from Indiana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Chelsey is excited to develop and implement trainings based on providers needs in the surrounding counties. Chelsey will also support applicants through the CDA process. Crystal Moore – On My Way Pre-K Project Manager

Crystal has a Bachelors degree in Child Development and Family Life as well as a Minor in Community Health from Indiana State University.  She has worked in the field for 15 years; ranging from family child care to Inclusion, Paths to QUALITY mentoring and Newborn Hearing Screening. Crystal rejoined our agency to manage Vigo and Monroe counties through On My Way Pre-K. Her role allows her to engage with leaders in the community and educate them on the importance and impact of On My Way Pre-K, and Early Childhood Education in general.  She also engages with families to support them through the process of applying, choosing a Pre-K program and connecting with the CCDF Intake Agent. Danielle Riddell – Paths to QUALITY Master Coach

Master Coach Danielle has spent time teaching in various settings from birth to eight years old as well as coaching early education professionals. Her experiences, training and  certifications in CLASS for infants, toddlers, and pre-k combined with her studies in Early Childhood Education and Adult and Community Education allow her to help you be most intentional with the time you spend with the children in your program. Heather Campbell – Program Support Specialist

Heather has spent the previous 10 years networking with local agencies and   connecting families with those needed resources.  With experience throughout the years working with a diverse population, she has learned to tailor services to fit the individual’s needs.  Heather is eager to provide your program with needed trainings and education, as well as one-on-one assistance, utilizing her experience as well as her education in Psychology and Early Childhood and Family Life. Jill Erickson-Houser – Infant Toddler Specialist

Jill has worked in this field for over 30 years in all 3 types of care ranging from a classroom teacher to a Director.  Her experiences plus her degree in early childhood education led her to our agency in 2001.  She offers many professional development opportunities as well as support at programs. Her goal is to help you and your families set your youngest children up to explore and learn through secure relationships leading to a lifetime of success! Kati Colvin – Outreach Specialist

Kati has a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing from the Scott College of Business at Indiana State University. Her background is in Human Resources and  staffing. Then the world of early education found her.  She was a new mother who was having difficulty finding child care, lived in a new city and was in search of a job. After she learned about Child Care Resource and Referral services Kati knew this was the right job for her. Kati now educates families and communities about the importance of Early Learning. Kristi Burkhart – Professional Development Coordinator

Available to assist programs with all of their professional development needs including professional development planning, meeting training needs of programs, or meeting educational requirements.  She has a background working with children preschool through school age in the childcare setting, private preschool setting, to public school setting. In addition to her degrees in Education, Kristi is CLASS certified, to assist programs in quality interactions with children, and certified in a variety of training topics. Patty Mollet – School Age Specialist

While studying at Indiana State University, Patty gained experience as an After School Provider. Upon graduating with an Elementary Education   degree, she was a classroom teacher for four years.  Patty comes to CASY with a caring and open-minded approach.  She has a passion for helping children by giving support to programs working with school-age children.  Patty will help you to tailor resources, professional development, and    supports geared to your program’s specific needs. Rachael McNichols – Paths to QUALITY Coach

Rachael has 20+ years combined experience in teaching and working in the non-profit field.   She has taught children of all ages from preschool to high school, and in a variety of settings, both formal and informal.  She received her bachelor’s in elementary education with a concentration in both English and P. E., and worked toward her Master’s in Educational Administration, which she plans to finish within the next couple years.  She is passionate about helping others and making learning FUN!  As a coach, she will offer support and guidance in meeting your program goals. Amy Marine – Paths to QUALITY Coach

Amy has a B.S. Degree in Recreation Management with a concentration in Education. She has over 10 years experience with children of all ages; infants to kindergartners. She strives to improve quality and safety standards for all children and is enthusiastic to partner with providers who continuously want the best for the children in their programs.
